Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft various legal documents such as Agreements, Deeds, Notifications, Letters, etc.
- Conduct research on Real Estate laws and regulations to provide expert advice.
- Prepare title search reports for properties across India.
- Review and vet contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on non-litigation matters related to real estate law.
Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in drafting agreements, deeds, notifications, letters, etc.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent document drafting skills with attention to detail.
