About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager - Product Marketing Data Science & Strategy to lead the intersection of data science, product marketing, and business decision-making. This role will be instrumental in translating complex data into actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategies, product positioning, customer segmentation, and revenue growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong technical acumen, marketing intuition, and a business-oriented mindset to drive high-impact decisions across product marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Data Science & Advanced Analytics
- Build predictive models and machine learning solutions to optimize targeting, pricing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to understand customer behavior, product adoption patterns, and campaign ROI.
Strategic Marketing Insights
- Partner with product marketers to shape positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies using data-driven insights.
Data Infrastructure & Reporting
- Define data requirements and work with engineering and BI teams to ensure clean, scalable, and accessible marketing datasets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing, product, and sales leadership.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data science, strategy, consulting, product marketing, preferably working with a Consulting Organization for Logistics/Transportation industry segment.
- 4+ years of experience managing a team and guiding them through project planning, data analysis, visualization, story boarding and measurement & tracking KPIs for success.
- Extensive experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistical modeling techniques and data mining concepts.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
