Primary Responsibility

• ü Building and managing the Micro Loan Against Property (secured) product.
• ü Sourcing loans with a maximum ticket size of ₹10 Lakhs.
• ü Ensuring the productivity of the branch.
• ü Overseeing the collections process within the branch.
• ü Managing the Sales Manager and Direct Sales Team (DST).
• ü Managing the branch’s Profit and Loss, ensuring profitability.
• ü Handling DSA (Direct Selling Agents), Connectors, and Open Market Channels.
• ü Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
• ü Ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• ü Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• ü Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the open market to expand the LAP customer base.
• ü Planning & execution of market promotional activities.

Qualifications

• ü 5+ Years experience in handling secured micro loan against property product.
• ü Prior experience in Micro LAP business (2 Lakhs - 10 Lakhs) ticket sizes is mandatory.
• ü Have managed a team of 5-10 people.
• ü Well-connected and great understanding of local market.
• ü Have handled branch setup and branch operations.
