Job Description
What role you will play in team: Develop and manage relationships with our distribution partners to increase market share and sales volume of our products.
What you will do: Recruit new channel partners, provide training and support, monitor partner performance, and manage channel incentives.
Key responsibility:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners.
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies.
- Monitor partner performance and provide support.
- Manage channel incentives and rebates.
- Forecast and report on channel sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support channel activities.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales management.
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
