Embedded Engineer Intern

Stipend:12,000 ?18,000/month (based on skills & experience)

Ripple Healthcare is a cool, fast-growing medtech startup building breakthrough wearable technology for elderly care. Our passionate team is creating products that protect, empower, and improve the lives of seniors-starting with our flagship Hip Pro device.

• Work hands-on with senior engineers to design, develop, and test embedded firmware for real-world healthcare devices.
• Program and debug microcontrollers (STM32 and others), integrate sensors, and optimize for low power and high reliability.
• Assist in prototyping, circuit design, and hardware-software integration for IoT wearables.
• Contribute to impactful products like Hip Pro (fall protection belt), Stride (Parkinsons gait-assist device), and our Fall Risk Screening Tool.
• Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and rapid product iterations.
• Document your work and share insights with the team to help shape future innovations.

• Pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, or related fields.
• Strong interest in embedded systems, IoT, and healthcare technology.
• Experience with C/C++ and microcontroller programming (STM32 experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with basic electronics, sensors (IMU/accelerometer/gyroscope), and debugging tools.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
