Job Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our early-stage MedTech company. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our flagship product, Hip Pro, and other future offerings. This role will involve building brand awareness, managing B2B partnerships, applying for competitions and startup grants, and driving overall business growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Building & Awareness
Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms and marketing materials.
2. B2B Partnerships
Identify potential B2B partners in the healthcare industry (hospitals, clinics, orthopedic specialists) and build strategic partnerships.
Work closely with the sales team to develop co-marketing initiatives with partners that drive mutual growth.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Grant Writing & Competitions
Research and apply for relevant startup competitions, grants, and funding opportunities that align with the companys mission.
Write compelling grant proposals that highlight the companys unique value proposition and innovation in the MedTech space.
Track application deadlines and ensure timely submissions for all competitions and grant applications.
4. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive insights to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
5. Content Creation & Management
Develop high-quality content tailored to different stages of the customer journey (blog posts, case studies, white papers).
Collaborate with subject matter experts (orthopedic surgeons, healthcare professionals) to create educational content that resonates with both B2B partners and end consumers.
Oversee copywriting for press releases, newsletters, website updates, and other external communications.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; a background in healthcare or MedTech is preferred.
1+ years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
Proven experience in grant writing or applying for startup competitions is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of B2B partnership development within the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO/SEM platforms), CRM systems (HubSpot), and analytics software (Google Analytics).
Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtenwith strong presentation abilities.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Skills Required:
Digital Marketing: Expertise in running successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms (social media ads, email marketing).
Grant Writing: Ability to write clear and persuasive grant proposals aligned with business goals.
B2B Relationship Building: Experience in establishing long-term partnerships with healthcare providers or industry stakeholders.
