About the Role

We are looking for a disciplined, reliable, and proactive Associate Program Manager (APM) in Operations to support the B.Tech CSE (Data Science) program. The role involves managing learner engagement, program operations, and implementing new tools and technologies to improve the learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with learners and support their academic journey
• Track learner performance, attendance, and maintain program records.
• Manage operational tasks and coordinate with faculty and internal teams
• Handle LMS updates and maintain data u
  
  sing Excel / Google Sheets
• Create presentations and reports using PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Design basic content using Canva or Figma when required
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and technologies and implement them in workflows
• Guide learners for participation in tech competitions like Smart India Hackathon, Google Summer of Code, International Collegiate Programming Contest, and other hackathons
• Maintain strong coordination with faculty, mentors, and team members

• Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, LMS platforms, and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies

• Willingness to take ownership and support program activities beyond standard hours when required.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. (preferred)
• Candidates from other academic backgrounds are also welcome to apply if they have relevant experience in universities, colleges, or EdTech organizations.
• Fresher to 1+ year of relevant experience.
