About the Role:
We are hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end lateral hiring for core technology roles. The role starts as an IC position and will evolve into a people management role within 6 months based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own lateral hiring for core technology roles across multiple business units
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and team requirements
- Drive sourcing strategies, screening, interview coordination, and closures
- Manage stakeholders across engineering and leadership teams
- Maintain hiring metrics, pipelines, and reporting
What Were Looking For:
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute

- 4-7 years of post-MBA Talent Acquisition experience
- Minimum 2 years of tech lateral hiring experience
- Current employer should be a reputed organization in the technology ecosystem
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Prior exposure to people management (for candidates with 67 years experience)
