AVP- Partnerships & Alliances

Were looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Partnerships team. The person would be responsible to acquire affinity business within financial services - NBFCs, digital lenders and fintechs. Its an individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy.

1. A solid understanding of the affinity insurance business
2. A deep network within NBFCs, digital lending ecosystems
3. Ability to build strong relationships within client organizations
4. A proven track record of building affinity partnerships for insurers / insurance brokers
5. 7+ years of overall experience; 4+ years in the insurance industry

This is a hunting role based out of Mumbai, The person will be responsible for building a pan-India business. It will require frequent travel, atleast twice a month. The role provides an opportunity of fast track growth, and of building a team in the next 10-12 months. You will be a part of a fast paced environment and a willingness to learn & evolve will be highly valuable.
