Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards (Ind-AS/GAAP).
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Handle general ledger reconciliations, provisions, and accruals.
- Ensure timely closure of books and financial reporting.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax filings, and other statutory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirementsCompanies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws.
- Manage tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Monitor and analyse budget variances and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Support management with financial modelling, cost analysis, and profitability reports.
- Oversee vendor payments, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor receivables, credit control, and ageing analysis.
- Implement effective cash-flow management practices.
