Responsibilities:

• Providing virtual CFO services to the client and help them to grow business with sustainability.
• Conduct and support internal audits, and ensure effective internal controls over financial reporting processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and reports.
• Help manage cash flow, investments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and document controls, process SOPs, and system controls.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of functional financial systems.
• 
  Conduct research on industry regulations, audit best practices, and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA- Fresher) certification from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as Excel, Tally, or SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
