Job Summary:

Arbour is seeking an experienced CEO to lead its real estate development and construction management operations. The role involves driving business strategy, overseeing project execution, managing financial performance, and building strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

• Oversee real estate development and construction projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project budgets, costing, vendor management, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with design and architecture teams to ensure quality and compliance.
• Handle P&L management, financial planning, and ROI optimization.
