Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly
Issue materials as per project/site requirements and maintain proper documentation
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation
Coordinate with purchase and billing departments for stock planning and reporting
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
Monitor slow-moving or surplus stock and report discrepancies
Maintain store hygiene, safety standards, and material traceability
Generate regular stock reports for management and project teams
