Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operational risk management.
- Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with operational risk management software.
