About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.
The Salesforce Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful implementation within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain the Salesforce product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external partners.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
- Ensure successful configuration and customization of Salesforce modules.
- Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce processes and automation.
- Monitor KPIs and system performance to optimize user experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT.
- Ensure platform governance, data integrity, and compliance standards

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to write clear user stories and manage product backlogs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
