Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Implementation
   
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, timelines, and milestones.
  
• Ensure effective coordination between software development, field data collection, GIS mapping, and maintenance teams.
  
• Monitor progress against project objectives and deliverables.
  
2. Stakeholder Management
   
• Liaise with Rural Works Department (RWD) officials, consultants, and partner agencies.
  
• Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, MoUs, and SLAs.
  
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
   
• Supervise teams including developers, QA testers, mobile app engineers, data analysts, GIS experts, and support staff.
  
• Facilitate effective communication between on-ground teams and technical teams.
  
• Resolve bottlenecks and manage resource allocation.
  

4. Technical Oversight
   
• Oversee development and integration of the Intelligent Road Maintenance Monitoring System (IRRMMS) platform.
  
• Ensure system scalability, interoperability, and adherence to IT security standards.
  
• Validate test plans, performance benchmarks, and acceptance criteria.
  
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance
   
• Implement project quality standards, testing protocols, and documentation controls.
  
• Ensure adherence to government guidelines, audit requirements, and data integrity standards.
  
6. Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation
   
• Prepare detailed project progress reports, issue logs, and performance metrics.
  
• Support the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and performance summaries for RWD.
  
• Track project KPIs such as uptime, user adoption, and issue resolution time.
  
7. Risk & Change Management

Key Skills Required:

• Strong project management and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or equivalent project management software.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
