Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of the Masters of Business Administration program, based in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The Head of MBA will be responsible for overseeing the overall academic and administrative activities of the MBA department. Key responsibilities include designing and developing the curriculum, mentoring faculty and students, coordinating with educational and industry stakeholders, fostering partnerships for internships and placements, and promoting high-quality teaching and research. The role also involves monitoring departmental growth and ensuring compliance with institutional goals and standards.
