Job Description
We are looking for a driven CA or Inter CA to support the Group Accounts & Finance function. The role will help manage financial operations across multiple hotels, handling accounting, compliance, MIS, and financial analysis with direct reporting to the Group Accounts & Finance Head.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & MIS
- Manage day-to-day accounting for assigned hotel units.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
Budgeting & Variance Analysis
- Support preparation of annual budgets for units.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and highlight deviations.
- Suggest corrective financial measures to unit teams.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal/statutory auditors.
- Maintain accurate documentation and financial controls.

- Monitor food cost, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Conduct internal audits at units to ensure SOP and financial compliance.
- Identify areas for cost optimisation.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting tools.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple units and meet deadlines.
