MIS Executive

MIS Reporting

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain databases, consolidate data from multiple sources, and ensure timely data availability.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight variances or deviations.
• Ensure data accuracy and perform periodic data audits.

Data Management

• 
  Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Maintain and update master databases, trackers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and issue resolution.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Continuously improve reporting systems by implementing best practices

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, Power Query).
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and under tight timelines.
