Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves conducting market research, enhancing customer service, managing sales activities, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Experience:

05 to 06 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager in Pharmaceutical Industries (API-Intermediates preferable).

Qualifications

Post Graduate or MBA (preferable) in Marketing

Skills Required

• Able to Hand Industrial sales, New Business Development, Identifying Prospects, Lead, Generation, Key Account
• Management, Tracking competitors Activity, Payment collection.
• Sales planning as per production, Supply chain Management
• Outstanding interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills
• To improve client retention and annual profits and timely tracking customer feedback.
• Develop, Execute and Manage Sales Plan, Sales Budget
• Accountable for monthly sales targets & timely payment collection targets
• Conceptualize, strategize, and execute supply and equipment
• Agreements with key accounts & new customers and timely renewals
• To maintain all sales documentation & records and proper reporting
• Meeting with principal organization regarding monthly & quarterly sales plan & than to implement sales plan
• Must have basic knowledge of accountancy and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
