Job Description
Role & responsibilities
As a sales professional, you will demonstrate a degree of flexibility and thrive in a fast-paced organization. Moreover, you will exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence and possess a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth
Ideally you will have:
a) Strong customer-facing experience and understanding of their needs and requirements, with the ability to drive actions and advance business opportunities.
b) Experience in value or consultative-based field sales, managing customer accounts.
c) Proficiency in planning and implementing long-term commercial agreements.
d) Exposure to compiling, analyzing, and generating sales figures/reports, as well as conducting market research on products, market trends, and competitors.
e) Capability in portfolio planning and effective time prioritization.
f) Resilience when working under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
g) High degree of learning agility, humility, and willingness to share successes.
h) Possession of a valid Indian Driver's License.

- Territory Knowledge Should have worked for a minimum period of 2 years in around Bangalore. in the area of Sales, preferably in Electronics and Automation Components & Products.
- Field Sales Orientation Being in the high connect and high service industry the role holders a major portion of the day is spent conducting field visits, local as well as outstation.
