Safety Manager/Officer/ Engineer/ Supervisor @ PAN India

Job Title: Safety Manager/ Safety Officer / Safety Engineer/ Safety Supervisor/Steward

Experience: 5-15 Years
Location: PAN India (Project / Site-Based & Corporate Roles)
Industry: Open to All Industries (Manufacturing, EPC-Transmission, Substation,Construction, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable, Highways,Metro,Railways, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

1. Safety Compliance & Implementation

• Ensure compliance with central & state safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  

2. Risk Assessment & Hazard Control

• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRA, risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
  
• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, lifting operations, confined space entry, hot work, and electrical work.
  

• Carry out routine safety inspections, internal safety audits, toolbox talks, and safety walks.
  
• Track and report unsafe conditions, violations, and suggest corrective/preventive actions.
  

4. Incident Management

• Lead incident/accident investigation, root-cause analysis (RCA), and reporting.
  
• Drive implementation of corrective actions and maintain incident documentation.
  

5. Training & Awareness

• Conduct safety training programs, inductions, mock drills, and toolbox meetings.
  
• Educate workforce on PPE use, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.
  

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain safety records, reports, permits, statutory documents, and compliance logs.
  
• Prepare monthly safety performance reports and share with senior management.
  

7. Emergency Preparedness

• Develop and update emergency response plans (ERP).
  
• Ensure availability of firefighting equipment, first-aid, and emergency communication protocols.
  

8. Coordination

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical stream.
  
• Professional EHS certifications preferred: NEBOSH IGC,ADIS, IOSH, OSHA, Safety Diploma, Fire & Safety certifications.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian safety laws, Factories Act, IS standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Hands-on experience in site safety management for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work in PAN India locations, including remote project sites.
