Job Description

**Responsibilities:**
- **Project Execution:** Assist in optimizing various elements of the finance organization, including finance assessment, defining target operating models, improving business processes, enabling enterprise transformation, and deploying finance technology.
- **Digital Delivery:** Utilize digital skillsets to modernize service delivery models within Management Consulting through the digitization of service offerings, including experience with visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau, and automation technologies such as Alteryx.
- **Quality Delivery:** Deliver high-quality work within set timeframes, scope, budgets, and client expectations.
- **Project Oversight and Management:** Drive projects to completion by identifying solutions to client challenges, monitoring progress, managing risk, and keeping stakeholders informed about key milestones and outcomes. Assist in preparing and communicating project financials to firm leadership.
- **Business Development:** Actively support internal and external business development activities and networking efforts.
- **Cross-Selling:** Identify cross-selling opportunities by understanding firm capabilities across different lines of business.
- **Industry Research:** Assist in identifying industry focus areas, conducting industry research, and supporting targeted client activities.
- **Mentorship:** Manage, coach, and develop junior resources and peers by providing timely feedback and supporting recruitment and retention efforts.
- **Communication:** Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including client employees, C-suite executives, and private equity partners to build and nurture client relationships.
**Qualifications:**
- Chartered Accountancy / Cost & Management Accountancy / MBA from a Top Tier Institution with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Big 4 or large organization.
- Ability to advise Finance organizations on various business processes.
- Experience in areas such as Finance Transformation, Business Process Improvement, Shared Services, and Technology Enablement.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex business problems through fact gathering, business process mapping, and data analysis.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and effectively dealing with ambiguity.
- Team player with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in various MS Office tools, visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau, and automation technologies such as Alteryx.
- Exposure to ERPs / financial systems such as NetSuite, D365, Workday, Sage Intacct, Blackline, Workiva, Adaptive, Kyriba, and similar systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to the US for short-term project meetings/workshops.
