Investment Banking Analyst - Financial Modeling

What role you will play in team: You will be a key contributor to our financial modeling team, developing and maintaining models for various transactions.

What you will do: You will build and update financial models, ensuring their accuracy and reliability for decision making.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for M&A, debt, and equity transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial models.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of models.
• 
  Prepare model documentation and explain model outputs to senior team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in financial modeling.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial modeling, investment banking, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
