Investment Banking Analyst - Financial Restructuring

What role you will play in team: You will support senior bankers in providing financial restructuring advisory services to distressed companies.

What you will do: You will conduct financial analysis, develop restructuring plans, and support negotiations with creditors.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting financial analysis of distressed companies.
• Developing financial restructuring plans.
• Negotiating with creditors and other stakeholders.
• 
  Preparing presentations and reports for clients.
• Monitoring the implementation of restructuring plans.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
