Investment Banking Analyst - Leveraged Finance

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our leveraged finance team, supporting senior bankers on complex transactions.

What you will do: You will assist in all aspects of deal execution, from initial structuring to closing.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation of leveraged buyouts
• Due diligence and credit analysis
• Preparation of marketing materials and presentations
• Client interaction and relationship management
  
• Monitoring deal progress and ensuring timely completion

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Bloomberg Terminal)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with strong work ethic
