- Provide specialist tax advice to clients on a range of UK tax issues, including corporation tax, income tax, VAT, and international tax.
- Develop tax strategies tailored to clients' specific needs and circumstances.
- Review UK tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and assist clients in implementing tax-efficient strategies.
- Assist with HMRC inquiries and investigations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in UK tax legislation and regulations.
- Provide training and support to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in UK tax, with a deep understanding of tax principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant tax software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Professional qualification (e.g., CTA, ACCA) is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of various UK tax laws and regulations is required.
