HR & Finance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated HR & Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, India. This role is pivotal in managing the companys human resources and financial operations. Key responsibilities include payroll processing, benefits administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also encompasses talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives to support organizational growth.

• 5 to 15 years of experience in HR and Finance functions
• Proven expertise in HR management, payroll, and benefits administration
• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Thorough knowledge of EPF, GST, TDS, and balance sheet preparation & filing
• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and audit procedures
