Job Description
- Designation: Sales Human Business Partner (HRBP) - East Region
Location: Patna (covering East Region)
Reporting To: SBU HR Head
Business Unit: Soap & Detergent Div.
Role Purpose
Partner with the East Region Sales leadership team to drive people strategy, organization effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations aligned with business objectives.
The incumbent will act as a HR advisor while ensuring seamless execution of HR processes across the sales workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales Leadership to drive people strategy, workforce planning, organization effectiveness, and business growth.
Lead end-to-end talent management including hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and capability building.
Drive employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, employee relations, and culture initiatives across the region.
Provide HR insights through manpower, attrition, productivity, and performance analytics to support business decisions.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, compliance requirements, payroll inputs, and incentive governance.
Collaborate with business leaders to enhance employee productivity, leadership effectiveness, and overall organizational performance.
Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
7+ years of HR experience with at least 4-5 years in a Sales HRBP role.
Experience in FMCG, FMCD, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Retail, or other sales-driven organizations.
Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, employee relations, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the East Region.
Must be willing to work 6 days in a week.
