Role Summary
The Data Analysts in the Data Management team handle and process Specialty Pharmacy data. They are an integral part of the company’s business. The team facilitates the use of relational database systems, web applications and other data management tools within the context of custom data mining solutions.
Responsibilities

• Research production issues to determine root cause and recommend solutions
• Write database queries and SQL utilities to perform data extract, data tuning, and analysis.
• Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes

• Set up and maintain automated data processes
• Work with internal QC team to identify data issues and provide solutions.
• Evaluate internal data sources and processes for integrity, working cross-functionally with other internal teams, Project Managers and Account Managers to resolve errors
• Communicate and collaborate with Specialty Pharmacies and other data vendors to ensure data quality. Clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
• Participates in meetings and discussions with internal and external customers
• Participate in brainstorming activities and involve in process improvements such as automation, CICD in AWS using programming languages such as Python.
  

Requirements

• Experience testing within large data platforms, such as, ETL testing, data extraction testing, data transformation and load testing.
• Strong experience with one or more scripting and/or programming languages and/or tools such as Python
• Experience with Data automation testing, DevOps stack (CI & CD) and other dependency management and build tools such as GitHub.

Get Hired
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS and ability to understand the data load activities performed in AWS.
• Understanding of how data is extracted, transferred, loaded, scrubbed, etc.
• Skilled in writing SQL queries
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
• Superb oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with standard industry-specific metrics strongly preferred, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry
  

Minimum 0-2 years of work experiences in data analysis or related field
