Key Responsibilities
- Provide CFO Services for Startups and Not-for-profit Organizations
- Perform audit assistance assignments following standards/checklists
- Conduct Financial Due Diligence, Project Audits, and Risk Assessments
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures and strategize workflows
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies, aiding informed decision-making for clients
- Execute audit procedures, including substantive testing, by reviewing documents, transactions, and controls
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, resolving non-compliance issues
- Handle filing of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and ROC Compliances
- Manage GST Returns filing
- Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks using Tally Prime
- Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with monthly close schedules
