We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team, drive revenue growth, and shape the future of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of inside sales executives to deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire and retain B2B clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics (lead conversion, pipeline health, revenue targets).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, messaging, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Oversee key account relationships, complex negotiations, and escalations.
- Stay updated on IT services, SaaS, and technology industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Demonstrated success in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global B2B markets (US, UK, Australia, EU).

- Understanding of consultative sales and solution-based selling.
