Job Description

    As an HR professional in our dynamic and innovative IT company, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources. You will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Additionally, you will foster a positive workplace culture, handle employee grievances, and support conflict resolution to ensure a harmonious work environment.
    Your role will also involve implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems, tracking employee growth, and providing necessary feedback for their development. You will be required to develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with industry best practices and legal regulations, as well as identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
    Monitoring employee attendance, leaves, and ensuring compliance with company leave policies will be part of your responsibilities. You will also maintain employee records, update HR databases, and generate reports as needed to support decision-making processes. Organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and other initiatives to enhance employee motivation and productivity will contribute to fostering employee engagement.

    To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and possess 2-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT/software industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, are essential. Proficiency in HR software and the MS Office Suite, a problem-solving mindset, and strong organizational skills will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.
