Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Execution of Civil + Finishing + MEP Works and in Quantity Surveying, Bill preparation including Joint measurements at Site, MB recording, Bill Verification at Site & H.O.,
  • Checking of MB, Quality & Statutory Compliance, Material Reconciliation, Debit/Credit Notes & other Billing Documents within Stipulated TAT at sites
    • Free Workshop
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Thorough knowledge of Work Order clauses & its Interpretation, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Scrutiny of Accounts Ledger, Final Bills Settlement & getting Contract Closure documents signed off.
  • Participate & Conduct Audit of Billing documents at a regular interval.
  • Train & Educate Contractors & Engineering Staff at Site with respect to Billing Process & documentation both manual as well as in the system.
  • Must have adequate experience in SAP, BIM, MS Project.
  • Good Communication as well as Presentation Skills
