The Role

Were looking for an AI Architect who knows their way around deep learning and has serious hands-on experience with computer vision and sequential models especially Transformers and Diffusion models. If youre the kind of person who thrives in high-autonomy environments, knows how to prototype smart, debug fast, and push models into production, youll feel at home here.

What Youll Be Doing

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for computer vision and action sequence tasks
• Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to production deployment
• Architect efficient models and workflows focused on performance and scalability
• Prototype quickly, iterate based on results, and continuously improve model performance
• Read research papers, peer codes and fine tune them for custom needs
• Work closely with our robotics and software teams to integrate models into real-world systems

What Were Looking For

• At least 2 (best if 4+) years of experience in fast paced environments (preferably startups)
• Proven experience with deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Strong programming skills (modularity and OOP) in Python and C++. DSA is a plus.
• Solid background in mathematics, especially linear algebra, statistics and optimization
• Experience with Transformer-based architectures and Diffusion models
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning and imitation learning
• Experience with model optimizations like TensorRT, ONNX, TfLite, etc.
• Hands-on understanding of ML workflows, lifecycles, and production pipelines
• A result-oriented mindset with a bias for action and iteration

Something that gives you extra edge

• A project portfolio (showcase your achievements)
• Experience with physical AI
• Knowledge of robotics simulators (IsaacSim, Mujoco etc.)
• You know a bit of ROS
• You have a computer with Nvidia GPU (>3080)
