Job Description
- You will primarily be responsible for Salesforce Administration & System Management, which includes managing system configuration, workflows, security settings, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data integrity. You will oversee user management tasks such as setup, deactivation, and permission adjustments. Monitoring Salesforce health, performance, and security to ensure system compliance with organizational standards will also be a part of your role. Additionally, managing data integrity and deduplication efforts, implementing best practices for data quality and governance, and identifying and resolving system issues will be crucial. Providing technical support and training for end users and overseeing Salesforce releases to ensure system updates align with business needs are also key responsibilities.
Your role will also involve Product Ownership & Business Analysis, where you will translate business requirements into clear business documentation, epics, and user stories. Conducting workshops and interviews to gather and document functional and nonfunctional requirements will be essential. Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to convert business requirements into system solutions and defining product roadmaps to ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce capabilities will be part of your responsibilities. You will also drive enhancements and system improvements to ensure scalability and efficiency.
In terms of Testing & Quality Assurance, you will work with QA teams to develop and maintain regression test suites, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business needs before deployment. Maintaining traceability of product and release goals to ensure business alignment will also be crucial.
As part of Stakeholder Engagement & Communication, you will act as the primary liaison between business users and IT teams, fostering strong relationships with internal business units, IT teams, and vendors. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, training, and best practices will also be important. Providing regular reporting and insights to leadership on Salesforce performance, adoption, and upcoming changes will be a key aspect of your role.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Product Owner certification
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, security settings, and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
