Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecyclefrom ideation and planning to delivery and optimization.

The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build products that solve customer problems and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements

- Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Own and manage the product backlog and sprint priorities

- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and stakeholders throughout development

- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis

- Track product performance using KPIs and analytics tools

- Lead product launches and support go-to-market activities

- Continuously collect customer feedback and iterate on product features

- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to make data-driven decisions

- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and roadmaps

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!
