Job Description

    As a key member of Sabre's Agency Sales team in India, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic sales growth and customer engagement across assigned markets. Your primary focus will be on engaging with the largest and fastest-growing customers, with specific emphasis on APIs, next-generation retailing strategies, and digital transformations. By leading the sales team in executing sales strategies, optimizing performance, and fostering a technology-first sales culture, you will contribute to winning with a solutions mindset. This role entails frequent travel to engage with clients effectively.

    In the position of Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential operational and administrative support to the commercial teams. By managing critical back-end processes such as contract follow-ups, data accuracy checks, financial modeling updates, and sales opportunity support, you will significantly contribute to optimizing sales efficiency and driving business growth.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Operational & Sales Process Support: Maintain accurate Salesforce data, assist with administrative tasks related to sales opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth contract approvals and execution.
    - Financial Modeling & Reporting: Update and maintain financial modeling files, assist with revenue forecasts and sales performance reports, and ensure data accuracy related to sales transactions and customer agreements.
    - Sales Enablement & Efficiency: Streamline manual sales tasks, document process improvements, create templates and standardized workflows, and provide updates to the sales team on contract statuses and approvals.
    - Travel & Event Management Support: Assist with travel management and event coordination, provide on-the-ground support during customer and marketing events, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams for event planning.
    - Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations teams, partner with Sales Enablement for sales workflow tools, and manage internal approval processes efficiently.
    Required Qualifications & Experience:
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role within the travel technology or enterprise software industry.
    - Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with experience in data maintenance.

    - Familiarity with contract management, financial modeling, and sales forecasting.
    - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
    - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
    - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
