Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and provide training to ensure smooth transition into the organization.
- Handle employee life cycle activities such as joining formalities, exit interviews, and performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and attendance tracking using HRIS software.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve employee grievances and address any HR-related issues.

- 3-7 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar function.
- Strong understanding of HR administration, operations, and generalist activities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
