Role Description The Operations Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including shipment handling, monitoring dispatch and delivery schedules, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The Operations Team Member supports coordination between warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to maintain service quality and timely deliveries. The role includes tracking operational metrics, assisting with documentation and reporting, and resolving routine operational issues in line with company policies.
