Role: Talent Product Analyst
Location: Schenectady, NY (Remote)
Hire: Full Time
Talent Product Analyst:
Help gather functional requirements and review with the various stakeholders
Upload to Jira (and other relevant tools), help facilitate questions, feedback, etc.
Partnering with the product managers
Develop and maintain standard work documentation

Support training/job aids as needed (system screen prints)
Develop test plans, scenarios, and work with team
Update various tools and trackers
Subject matter expert in HR products and Talent & Recruitment processes
Working knowledge of HR systems like workday.
