Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Intern located in Jaipur. The Business Development Intern will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, and communicating with potential clients. Daily tasks will include analyzing data, supporting customer service, and assisting in developing business strategies. The intern will work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

What youll do:

  Research industries, trends, and opportunities
• Generate hot leads and initiate conversations with potential clients
• Support the biz dev team with pitch decks, strategies, and follow-ups
• Analyze numbers that matter (not just your followers count)
• Help improve customer experience with quick, solution-oriented support
• Be part of brainstorming sessions that spark real action

What youll need:

• Analytical mind that loves research and insights
• Killer communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic know-how of lead generation (bonus points if youve tried it)
• Empathy and confidence to talk to clients and help solve problems

• A background in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
