Job summary

We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on leader to elevate and operationalize its global Analyst Relations (AR) program. Reporting into senior commercial and growth leadership, this role will be instrumental in shaping Sagility's positioning across leading analyst firms such as Gartner, Everest Group, HFS, NelsonHall, and Avasant. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that blends strategy with hands-on delivery. You will serve as the central orchestrator of analyst engagement-owning evaluations, driving influence, and ensuring consistent, differentiated market positioning across Sagility's healthcare services portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of analyst relations, product marketing, or strategy experience-preferably within healthcare, BPM/BPO, or technology-enabled services. You will work closely with executive leadership, delivery teams, and growth functions to translate Sagility's capabilities into compelling analyst narratives that drive recognition, rankings, and revenue impact.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Senior Director of Analyst Relations to operationalize the AR strategy providing regular updates on evaluation progress, analyst sentiment, and engagement outcomes, while proactively identifying risks, recommending course corrections, and ensuring alignment to drive measurable impact across rankings, perception, and pipeline influence
  • Driving measurable business impact from Analyst Relations by influencing key analysts across healthcare payer, provider, and services domains
  • Owning end-to-end execution of analyst evaluations (e.g., PEAK Matrix, NEAT, Radar View), including planning, submissions, briefings, and results amplification
  • Managing cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, delivery, product, and executive leadership to ensure consistent and differentiated messaging
  • Developing high-impact presentations and briefing materials for analyst interactions, including executive-level storytelling and positioning
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key analysts, becoming a trusted point of contact for ongoing engagement
  • Translating analyst insights into actionable recommendations that inform go-to-market strategy, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Supporting category shaping efforts by influencing how analysts define healthcare BPM, BPaaS, digital operations, and AI-led transformation
  • Driving executive readiness for analyst engagements, including coaching, messaging alignment, and content preparation
  • Enabling sales teams with analyst-backed insights, reports, and competitive positioning to strengthen deal pursuits
  • Creating and managing AR content, including briefing decks, RFI/RFP responses, analyst submissions, and rebuttals
  • Monitoring analyst publications, market trends, and competitor positioning to inform internal stakeholders
  • Supporting amplification of analyst recognitions through marketing, PR, and social channels

You will be a great fit if you have

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Strategy, or Consulting
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry segments (payer, provider, RCM, payment integrity, contact center operations)
  • Proven experience managing analyst evaluations (e.g., Everest Group, NelsonHall, Avasant, Gartner, Forrester)
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional global teams
  • Ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment with limited formal authority

You excel in these key competencies:

  • Strategic storytelling: Ability to translate complex healthcare operations into compelling market narratives
  • Execution excellence: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deliverables simultaneously
  • Influence without authority: Proven ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders and functions
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to synthesize analyst feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into actionable strategies
  • Executive communication: Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with experience engaging senior leadership
  • Relationship management: Ability to build credibility and trust with both internal stakeholders and external analysts
