Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Voice Process Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle customer calls professionally with excellent communication skills.
  
• Communicate fluently in English and Hindi/Malayalam.
  
• Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and customer handling skills.
  
• Maintain strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  
• Adhere to login hours and break schedules with strict punctuality.
  
• Total Login Hours: 10:30 hrs
  
• Production Hours:
  
  9:30 hrs
  
• Stay updated with process knowledge, daily updates, and guidelines.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  

Shift & Work Schedule:

• Shift Hours:
  
• 24/7 rotational shifts for Male employees
  
• Rotational day shifts for Female employees
  
• Working Days: 5 days a week
  
• Weekly Off: 2 rotational days off
