Regional Sales Manager - B2B Infra/Internet Of Things

Location - Mumbai

Work Mode - 6 Days

MUST HAVE:

• Handling the entire sales lifecycle end to end - from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, should be well-connected and networked

• Past experience of working at startups in a fast-paced, dynamic environment would be an advantage

• 5-10 years of top tier experience in sales and business development, preferably in B2B Infra/Internet of Things (IoT)/ automation environment especially to industries or infra customers
• Should have strong network with MEP/commercial building consultants, or strong network with commercial/residential developers

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. An engineering background is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates from Tier 1 colleges/ universities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Organized, structured and consistent in hitting monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office/ G Suite
• Excellent fluency in English and Hindi
• High level of humility, action-bias, dynamism, drive, and energy - great teammate
• Mission and value-driven, optimistic and enthusiastic about transformative change
• Willingness to travel extensively across the western region and occasionally to other regions (at least 50% of the time)
