Technical Lead - Kinaxis Solution

Job Title: Technical Lead - Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response

Key responsibilities:

• Take up the role of Technical Lead of the Kinaxis Maestro and other IT solutions in the Supply Chain function
• Generate and report analytics on adoption of the IT solutions and value realization through the same
• Work with business leadership to implement governance of the IT solution adoption to ensure high adoption of the solution
• Manage a team of external IT consultants who will be managing the application in Business As Usual mode and ensure the support team is meeting the service SLAs
• Work with business stakeholders and external consultants in getting the required enhancements rolled out in Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro and process improvement through new digital interventions
• Partner with business leaders to identify process gaps, improvement opportunities and innovation opportunities in the supply chain function
• Ideate the digital/IT solution intervention, create solution roadmap and get the business case approved
• Work with internal IT team, external partners, and implementation partners for rollout of the IT solutions
• Work closely with IT development, testing, and support teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of applications and enhancements
• Collaborate with the business team to create and validate the IT solution
• Act as a change champion by facilitating user adoption, conducting UAT, and ensuring smooth rollout of new digital tools
• Support data-driven decision making by enabling reporting, dashboards, and analytics tailored for supply chain leaders

Functional Skills:

• Understanding of Demand planning, Supply planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Sales and Operation Planning process
• Experience of working on advance planning solutions like Kinaxis Maestro, SAP APO, SAP IBP, or O9
• Experience of working on reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau and data warehousing tools like BW
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: MBA or Post-Graduation in Business, IT, or Supply Chain (preferred) or BE/B.Tech with 10+ years of work experience in Supply Chain
• Experience Tenure: 5 - 10+ Years
