Main responsibilities



  • Be responsible for participating in all phases of the project life cycle including: analyzing, designing, modeling, testing and deploying suitable and appropriate solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work in dynamic conditions and within deadlines.

  • Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating finance processes and recommending improvements

  • Understand how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships

  • Collaborate effectively with a larger team throughout an enterprise transformation

  • Demonstrate the future state solution enactment of the articulated business strategy in the context of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 F&O and related applications and technologies.

  • Utilize specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients’ articulated business strategy

  • Develop original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures

  • Review functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changes

  • Act as the single point design authority between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed


  • Motivate and engage your team by giving them clear and up to date goals (both role specific and developmental) which are regularly reviewed in collaboration and discussion with them and documented in the performance management system.


  • Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.

  • Interact with a wide variety of colleagues, customers and stakeholders at all levels with respect, courtesy and professionalism.


Skills and experience


Required:



  • Graduate Degree or Accounting course (CA). Emphasis in Accounting is preferred.

  • Minimum 14+ years of overall experience with at least 7-8 years with Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • A deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 solutions & integrations

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications

  • Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery with users and stakeholders

  • Participation in FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies

  • Experience and strong working knowledge across key Finance modules. Current Certifications are preferred

  • o Accounts Payable

  • o Accounts Receivable

Desired:



  • Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.

  • Be a mentor and guide to junior team members and coordinate with them to deliver against commitments.

  • Awareness and high-level understanding of current business applications and technologies and lead the team by giving them required technical and functional knowledge

  • Ability to communicate strategic business approach at an executive level and be a trusted voice at the decision-making table

  • Have a customer centric and consultative approach


Considered as a plus:



  • Microsoft CE and Integration Tools experience would be an advantage as well.


Travel


Travel within India and overseas might be required as per business needs.
