Assistant Engineer : Process

Role & responsibilities

• Chemical Analysis RM & FG (All Processes)
• RM Sampling & Physical Testing (All Processes) and co-ordinate to concern process team
• Maintaining documents, Report making, Excel entry & Trend preparation in Excel.
  
• SAP Activities - PR, RM clearance / MES drive Lab RM
• Support in Lab Batch Trials & Analysis / New RM validation
• IMS / WCM audit support, maintaining MSDS
• Maintaining Spare of Chemicals / Reagent, Spare of Instruments, Calibration / AMC of instruments,
• Capex of Lab instruments, 5S & EHS drive of Physical & Chemical Lab

• Instruments handling XRD, XRF, LECO, Particle Size Analyzer, Flame Photometer, Lab furnaces, HMOR, Microscope, Wet Chemical analysis .
