Job Description
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites.
- Perform raw material audits at customer locations.
- Visit customer sites to identify and resolve quality-related issues or complaints.
- Address and manage any quality concerns and claims raised by customers.
- Possess sound knowledge of tempering and heat treatment processes.
- Demonstrate understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
- Experience in project handling is preferred.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel as required.
