Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the analytics product and work on the customer applications product
- Adhere to the predetermined roadmap and focus on data infrastructure or warehouse projects in their early stages rather than more advanced ones
- Assist in creating a scalable, multi-tenant, customer-facing data platform for the life sciences sector
- Create a solid data platform that has features like data lineage, automated pipelines, automated deployments, multi-tenancy, quality assurance, quality control, and replicability
- Create algorithms for data cleaning and issue detection, taking patient safety and other high-priority issues into consideration
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a data engineer
- Prolific experience working with Python, SQL, and data pipelines
- Prior experience working with the infrastructure side of things
- Some experience building data pipelines from the ground up rather than just doing maintenance
- Proven expertise in data cleansing and proficiency in crafting intricate SQL queries
- Extensive knowledge of data lineage, automated pipelines, data, and code versioning, and scalable data engineering infrastructure
- Nice to have some expertise in Machine Learning
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
